Great machine just not long lasting

I have coffee on most of the time in the morning and my son always has 2 expresso's before he goes to work. Love the machine but the coffee maker won't put water thru and guess what it is just out of warranty, Have not found a place to service it here in Texas would like to keep the machine but can't find a service center and if you do buy one keep your receipt going on year 2 and you guessed it no receipt to be found I know when and where I bought it but need a receipt.

We love the espresso foam, but are not satisfied with the frothing of the skimmed milk. We had a lesser Krups dual model before and it made much better froth.
We would recommend with reservations.
The top of the large coffee pot is fragile, so we don't remove it for cleaning, making the cleaning process more difficult.
