Push the coffee button and the machine takes over, grinding the right amount of beans, extracting the coffee or espresso shots, and even cleaning up afterwards. Program the buttons for the right temperature and brew size; your settings will remain even when the machine is turned off, and can be reset with just a few button touches.
Steam with confidence
A steel steam wand complete with frothing tip is attached to the side of the machine. This swiveling wand can accommodate cups from 12 to 20 ounces in size, and lets you control the amount and consistency of foam you desire. The machine is ready to steam just 10 seconds after you turn the knob. The wand can also dispense instant hot water ideal for soups, teas, and hot chocolate.
Built-in grinding
The grinder inside the Solis Palazzo features durable hardened steel cutting wheels. This conical-type burr grinder is of the highest professional quality and operates at a steady speed so the beans aren't burned, which can result in a loss of flavor. The result is uniform, consistent grounds at the size you need, from coarse to super-fine - choose from 18 separate grind settings.
Don't want to grind your own?
No problem! The Palazzo can also accept pre-ground coffee; just pour it into the funnel on top of the machine. This is great for when you're sampling single coffees or for when one person in the group wants a decaf while the rest want regular.
Delicious flavor
The pre-brew system allows for maximum flavor extraction. Push the button for coffee or espresso; the machine will grind the right amount of coffee, then pre-soak the grinds in hot water for 2 seconds to infuse the flavor and aroma.
