              The first machine ran fine for a few weeks and then it seemed to get confused with its steam jet.
              The warranty covered replacement at their expense both ways and the new unit is better than the original at brewing coffee in fact it is faster, better tasting results, and foaming milk is perfect all the time.
              I even contacted the company in Europe by email and asked if there was a service manual for home repairs in case it lasts more than a few years. Alas no service manual available at this time (and it would be in Portuguese)if they provided one.
              It makes great coffee from mediocre coffee beans (amazing). Looks great! It's not commercial grade but for the price you would not expect it. It's got some kind of patented valve system that puts you on a small learning curve when you start using it. It's a great espresso machine for the cost.
