The Espressione Supremma operates using a top-of-the-line 18 BAR pump system developed by Bianchi, the Italian manufacturer of vending machines. The brewing system is covered by a 10-year limited warranty, and is fully automatic - from grinding through extraction - and is operated via a convenient touch-screen on the front of the machine. The built-in grinder uses pro-quality ceramic grinding plates, which create just-right coffee at varying degrees of coarseness without burning the beans, while 8 programmable options let you specify every detail if you wish, from amount of water, to amount of coffee, to shut-off time of the machine.

The key to quality espresso is the aroma and flavor of the beans, and this machine uses a Coffee Essence System (CES) that pre-infuses for impressive results. Pre-infusion is a process in which the coffee is dampened with hot water before brewing begins, and soaked for just the right amount of seconds to achieve the best from the beans. This machine also comes equipped with a milk steaming wand, which lets you heat and froth milk to make all of your favorite drinks.

Other features of the Espressione Supremma include a removable 1.8-liter water tank with visible water level for easy filling, a hot water function for tea or soup, a sugar dispenser, anti-drip valve, cup holder and warming tray, and more.
